Payroll

Harmony associates will be paid weekly via direct deposit into a personal bank account or onto the debit card. Payday is Friday of each week. If you are looking for your pay stub, please visit https://harmony.madisonrf.com/. Instructions are listed below.

In order to access the Check Stub Online website, you must have Internet Explorer 10 or higher. To change the compatibility in your browser while on the website, press F12 and a new window will pop up. Click on the drop-down box for “Browser Mode” and make sure that “Internet Explorer 10 compatibility view” is selected. Please login to https://harmony.madisonrf.com/
Username: last name and last 4 of their SSN . *First letter of your last name is capitalized (Example: Smith1234) Password: last 4 of their SSN (Example: 1234)

 

Request for Reprinted W-2

Harmony Staffing is now accepting requests for reprinted W-2‘s. Associates who are requesting a reprinted W-2 will need to print the form found on our website at www.harmonystaffingservices.com under the EMPLOYEES tab. Fill out the form completely and make a scan / copy of your picture ID. Please email the form and scan /copy of your picture ID to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or bring a copy of picture ID and completed form to our office. Once we receive the request, we will send it to our payroll company. Reprinted W-2’s will be mailed out 24- 48 hours after receiving request.

 

Drug-Free Workplace Policy

Harmony Staffing conducts drug testing in our office as well as random drug testing on site.  All employees are expected and required to report to work on time and in appropriate mental and physical condition. Employees who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the job will be terminated immediately. You may be required to submit to drug testing in order to be considered for assignment or continuation of assignment. Harmony Staffing Services conducts random drug screens

 

Protection from Unlawful or Sexual Harassment

Harmony Staffing Services has a firm policy prohibiting unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment. This policy covers harassment in any form, including verbal, physical or visual harassment on the account of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, handicap or disability.

Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors and other conduct of a sexual nature, where

  • Submission to such conduct is a term or condition of employment
  • Submission to, or rejection of, the advance is used as the basis for making employment decisions.
  • Such conduct interferes with an individual's work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.

Employees who violate this policy are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

False accusations may result in disciplinary action applicable to one guilty of harassment.

 

Safety in the Workplace

Harmony Staffing Services, its customers and employees share in the responsibility of maintaining a safe work environment. You must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment as instructed. You are required to notify your Harmony Staffing Services office immediately if given an unsafe task or if you feel you have not been given necessary training.

 

Work Related Injuries

If a work-related injury occurs while working on a job site, you must report it to your current supervisor at the job location IMMEDIATELY.  Once you notify your supervisor, you must call
the Harmony Staffing Services office to report the situation as well.

 

Call Off Procedure 

Please text 513-226-1132 if you are running late or can’t make your assignment. Harmony Staffing Services is your direct employer. It is your responsibility to contact Harmony Staffing and leave
your name, phone number, company assigned and reason for tardy or absence. During business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, please follow up with a Harmony Staffing Services employee. ASSIGNMENT ABANDONMENT POLICY Any Harmony Staffing Services employee who walks off of an assignment before the end of the day or does not return to complete an assignment without prior 48-hour notification to Harmony Staffing Services will be deemed to have abandoned the assignment (voluntarily quit) and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Violators of this policy understand that their pay rate per hour will be reduced to the current minimum wage rate per hour for the hours still due to be paid.
